Shipping policy

 

    All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days (excluding holidays) via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please also allow up to 10 business days to fulfill your order in the case of when we are out of the office for in-person events! 

    • Domestic Orders (U.S.): Delivery may take up to 2 to 7 business days after shipment.

    • International Orders: Delivery may take between 1 to 4 weeks after shipment.

    • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, vacancy, or other delivery issues, we may require additional shipping fees to resend the order. **Please be sure to enter your correct address at checkout**

    • Delivery Delays: During peak periods, including holidays, delivery may take longer than estimated due to high parcel volumes. We appreciate your patience if your package is delayed or rerouted.

    • Lost or Damaged Packages: Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact your local USPS for assistance in filing a claim of damaged goods. 

    • Combined Orders: If you placed 2 or more orders within the same day or before they are shipped out, please leave a note at checkout with your order number(s) to instruct us in combining them. Any extra shipping costs will be given to you in the form of store credit. Combining orders may not always be guaranteed.
